DINOSAURS will once more roam the dry land in a spectacular new stagey stadium show, which begins its United Kingdom tour in July 2009.

Walking With Dinosaurs – The Arena Spectacular, established upon the award-winning BBC television serial publication, will see actual size dinosaurs come into being in what hopes to be one of the most breathtaking and groundbreaking appearances ever imaged in the UK and it has coming to the Echo Arena Liverpool from August 19-23.

The show initiated in Australia, where after a long time of designing, Walking With Dinosaurs came into being at Sydney’s Acer Arena in January 2007. The show demonstrated itself so much a whizz, that the American tour followed fast-tracked.

Walking With Dinosaurs – The Arena Spectacular is brought round the Great Britain by The Creature Production Company, an Australian company headed by chief executive officer Carmen Pavlovic, in affiliation with BBC Worldwide. Pavlovic said: “The BBC series was a brilliant blend of special effects, escapism, excitement and information.ŠOur show brings together all of that, plus something extra – it’s live!

“In this production, 15 roaring, snarling “live” dinosaurs mesmerise the audience – and is equally awesome as while they 1st walked about globe.

“The dinosaurs are life-sized, arriving at the show so huge, it could only accommodate in stadiums. It’s a £10 million arena spectacle of unexampled size and quality, which bewitches young and old alike.

“With Walking with Dinosaurs, we really believe we have created a new genre in entertainment and we hope to continue to bring the new product to arenas for years to come ”

Ten species are represented from the entire 200 million year reign of the dinosaurs.Š

The show includes the Tyrannosaurus Rex, the terror of the ancient terrain, as well as the Plateosaurus and Liliensternus from the Triassic period, the Stegosaurus and Allosaurus from the Jurassic period and Torosaurus and Utahraptor from the awesome Cretaceous period.Š
