Depeche Mode have announced a full UK Arena tour for December 2009. Depeche Mode announced a one off O2 Arena date on 30th May 2009 which sold out in minutes, and Depeche Mode fans were disappointed to miss out and no extra dates were announced, so this news will make all depeche mode fans happy, they are to play all the major arenas including another O2 London date, as well as the Manchester Evening News Arena, The LG Arena Birmingham and the SECC Glasgow.
Depeche Mode have announced they will tour the UK later this year.
The 80s group have revealed they will take to the road for a short winter tour of Britain and Ireland in December.
Kicking the tour off at the Point in Dublin’s O2 on December 10th, the band will then play a gig at SECC in Glasgow on the 12th before appearing at Birmingham’s LG Arena on the 13th.
A performance will take place on December 15th at the O2 Arena in London, before the jaunt ends on the 18th with a set at the MEN Arena in Manchester.
For those looking to see Depeche Mode before the winter, the band will also be appearing at London’s O2 on May 30th as part of their world tour.
Kicking off on May 6th in Luxembourg, Depeche Mode will cross the globe, playing to crowds in countries such as Latvia, Greece, France and the US.
The group also has a new record due out in the near future, as Sounds Of The Universe will be released on April 20th.
