Metallica are to tour in the UK in Febuary and March 2009 as part of their Europe wide tour. Metallica played a huge sell out one off date at the O2 Arena earlier in the year
and they are going to return when Metallica O2 Arena Concert is the only Metallica London Dates on 2nd March 2009 and 28th March 2009. Metallica Pre Sale Tickets are on Sale Now.
Metalica are also going to play Metallica live in Manchester Gigs, with concerts also at Nottingham Sheffield Birmingham and Newcastle also pencilled in.
The Metallica Tour is called the Metallica Death Magnetic Tour 2009.

Metallica is an American heavy metal band that formed in 1981 in Los Angeles, California. Founded when drummer Lars Ulrich posted an advertisement in a Los Angeles newspaper, Metallica’s line-up has primarily consisted of Ulrich, rhythm guitarist and vocalist James Hetfield, and lead guitarist Kirk Hammett, while going through a number of bassists. Currently, the spot is held by Robert Trujillo.
One of the most successful musical acts of recent decades, Thrash Metal foursome Metallica have sold a staggering ninety million albums plus worldwide in their illustrious twenty five year history.

Led by the formidable pairing of lead guitarist/vocalist James Hetfield and drummer Lars Ulrich, Metallica are an absolutely must see band for anybody who likes power, passion and a decent riff or two!
