Take That Cardiff Tickets
Famed pop group Take That is scheduled to play Cardiff Millennium Stadium on 14 June 2011 as part of their much-hyped Progress Live 2011 tour. The tour is the first time former member Robbie Williams will appear with original band members Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Jason Orange, and Mark Owen since 1995. The concert will feature the group’s classic hits along with singles from their upcoming album Progress, which is set to release in November 2011. Take That Tickets Cardiff will go on sale 29 October 2010.
Take That ruled UK pop charts in the early nineties and have amassed an impressive fan following. The group has released twenty-two Top 40 singles and five hit albums. Take That reached stardom with hits like Pray, Sure, Relight My Fire, and their massive hit Back for Good, which reached number one in thirty-one countries.
Millennium Stadium is the home stadium of the Wales national rugby union team and football team. The 74,500 seat stadium opened in 1999 and cost ?121 million to build. In the past, the stadium has hosted monumental acts like Tina Turner, U2, and the Rolling Stones.
